Return Policy

1. Return Acceptance

Olympian Motors accepts returns for defective products only.

Because the Olympus EV Skateboard Kit is a custom-engineered EV platform, built-to-order and configured per customer project, non-defective returns are not accepted. This includes:

• • Buyer's remorse
• • Incorrect configuration ordered
• • Changes in project plan
• • Installed or modified components

2. Reporting a Defect

If you believe your kit arrived defective, you must contact Olympian Motors within 14 days of delivery.

Olympian Motors will inspect and verify the defect before approving a return.

3. What Qualifies as a Defect

A product is considered defective if:

• • It arrived damaged due to manufacturing or shipping
• • A module or component does not function as intended
• • A structural component is warped, misaligned, or improperly fabricated
• • A pre-assembled module (steering column, harness, control unit, etc.) contains a manufacturing fault

4. Conditions for Approved Defective Returns

A defective return may be approved only if:

• • The defect is verified by Olympian Motors
• • All modules, hardware, and components are returned in original condition
• • Nothing has been installed, welded, drilled, cut, altered, or rewired
• • The kit has not been integrated into a vehicle
• • All original packaging is included (when applicable)

5. Non-Returnable Components

Unless proven defective upon arrival, the following cannot be returned:

• • Battery modules
• • High-voltage cables or harnesses
• • Control units or programmed ECUs
• • BMS, VCU, or pre-flashed electronics
• • Custom-fabricated frames or chassis modules
• • Suspension components that have been mounted
• • Any item showing signs of installation

6. Exchanges

Olympian Motors does not accept exchanges for the Olympus EV Skateboard Kit. If a defect is confirmed, replacement components will be sent as part of the defect-resolution process.

8. Refunds for Approved Defective Returns

If a defective return is approved and a full unit return is necessary:

• • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• • Refund processing may take 5–10 business days after inspection
• • Partial refunds may be issued if only specific modules are defective and returned

9. Warranty Reminder

The Olympus EV Skateboard Kit includes a 3-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty claims follow the same verification process.
